*Monday Morning Restorative Flow 10-11.30am* 

A Half term commitment for a maximum of ten souls who want to start their week with stretching, embodied yoga, breath and nourishing psycho-somatic relaxation. We use props (bricks, blocks, rope and bolster) and hold positions of opening and lengthening for sometime. Held spaciousness allows for the breath to deepen. The nervous and limbic systems to reattune to natures pace. The week begins.

Elemental Yoga Flow and Relaxation

Herbal Tea from the land, Sharing.
an intuitive Flow, based on combined sharing of participants, and the alignment of the moon/sun/stars/seasons. Using techniques drawn from, Classical Hatha Yoga, breathwork, Kundalini Yoga, 5 Element Yoga, energy work through movement, Qi Gong, Restorative, Yin, The movements are informed by Shamanic practices, practical anatomy and physiology, and cranio sacral theory. Can be with music or without. Breath is key to the flow.

Yoga Nidra, relaxation

 Dance, I Share space with other far more experienced and gifted Dance Facilitators than me, and will share music that inspires and uplifts each Monday 7-9pm

*Moonsisters*

Apprenticeship -is FULL. The next intake is October 2028

 Moonsisters Is a closed Womens Group for a gestational cycle of 9/10 New Moons from Samhain October New Moon to the summer. We are now in our 5th year. The same core group of 12 women have been a part of Moonsisters from the beginning, but the group expands each year, and currently 2022/23 we are over 30  women. We meet to do ceremony each month, celebrate the journey of woman and the medicine of being woman. We sing, cry, laugh and share together. Each womans creativity, collaborations and friendships have organically grown from moonsisters. Many women now offer events - singing and swimming and fire and pilgrimage either at the Roundhouse, their own land/home, at festivals and in their workplace. 

*Serpent Healer Hummingbird*

4 year men and womens group which began November 2023. Spaces available for Men for November 2024. 

This is an in person, ceremonial group that fosters long term accountability, through witnessing. We work with drums, herbs, plants, flowers, healing, the medicine of earth, water and fire, dance, grief and repatterning biographical and ancestral story lines. 

*Moon Melissae -Sisters of the Earth*

open to all, gathering men, women, community, children under an open sky with Sacred Fire, for song, story and sharing. Begins 10th September 2022 

*Sacred Spring Summer Kids Camp*

we are taking a fallow year for 2024-  Our much loved summer camp, next year is its 7th year; yoga, story telling, swimming, sacred song, art, play, animal communication, amazing facilitators and helpers. Maximum 30 kids aged 3-14. IT is always full so please book in advance. £100 for 4 days.  Profits go to charity. This year to https://waternowus.com/

*Pilgrimage*:

We have just completed our 5th year of pilgrimage. Each year, several times a year, we visit sacred sites, and wild camp, honouring and enjoying the land. 

In 2019, we journeyed to the Chalice of Chequers and "bumped into" Boris Johnston https://roundhouse.love/about-us/f/pilgrimage-boris-johnson 

In 2020 we walked 86 miles of the Ridgeway and ended on 8/8 Lions Gate portal in   Stone Circle at Sunrise. 

2021 we walked the Water Pilgrimage Avebury/Bath to Glastonbury. 

In Autumn 2021 we pilgrimaged to North Wales to Dynas Emyrs and Mona and honoured our Druid Ancestors and Merlins legacy.  

This year 2022 we walked the RIdgeway 86 miles from Avebury to Ivinghoe Beacon along the MIchael Mary Ley Line. 

We wild camp, forage, and trust the land. The rules are always the same; come with an open and generous heart willing to listen to the land. You are free to come and go as you please, and we share everything on pilgrimage.          We visit sacred springs, often unknown and obscure, rivers/lakes and more well known sites: Glastonbury, Stonehenge, Avebury Stone Circle, Rollright stones. There is no charge, though we make it a fundraising opportunity for our Indigenous Earth Protectors.

I am a Curandera trained for the last 14 years within the Mexica Tradition of my teachers. I offer Susto treatments and Limpia or Cleansing to support the whole being feeling happy, safe and integrated in the body and in this life. I am a qualified Herbalist (Herb dip), Naturopath (N.D),  Yoga Acharya, Yoga therapist and Craino Sacral Therapist . I utilise a variety of techniques of insight and communication to support your journey.

Yoga Nidra And Sound Healing with Healing Chiron Gong and Singing Bowl and Craino Sacral guidance
